Job Description

Role Overview: As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong technical experience with J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, SOAP, RESTful Webservices, Integration Patterns, JMS, Apache Camel, Hibernate, and ORM to develop efficient and scalable backend solutions. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Create technical designs and low-level design documents - Develop and deliver client solutions using modern software engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Specification by Example, BDD, and TDD - Collaborate closely with distributed teams to ensure project profitability and process adherence - Build up efficiency and automate processes to enhance project delivery Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Java development with 4+ years of work experience - Strong understanding and practical experience with Spring Security and Spring Batch - Proficiency in tools like Maven, GIT/SVN, Jenkins, and Swagger - Familiarity with Client-Side Application Frameworks such as AngularJS, Responsive Web Design, and HTML5/CSS3 - Experience with Tomcat 7.x, WebLogic, and JBoss - Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and financial services industry is a plus - Database experience with MS SQL server Additional Company Details: The company is in the IT industry and is currently looking to fill 4 vacancies for mid to senior level Java/J2EE developers in locations like Kolkata and Mumbai.
