Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Back End Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and efficient backend systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test high-quality Java-based backend applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale databases using MySQL or other relational databases.
Implement robust security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java programming language with hands-on experience in Spring Boot framework.
Experience working with database management systems such as MySQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
