Java Backend Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  web applications

  using Java and Spring framework.
• Implement

  batch job processing

  ,

  JMS messaging systems

  , and other backend components.
• Contribute to

  application development and maintenance

  , including business enhancements, defect fixing, and addressing technical debt.
• Perform

  code refactoring

  and resolve

  security vulnerabilities

  in line with design principles and best practices.
• Apply

  MVC architecture

  and

  design patterns

  to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5– 8 years

  of experience in

  Java backend development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, etc.)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  JMS, batch processing, and multithreading

  .
• Solid understanding of

  MVC design pattern

  and common

  software design principles

  .
• Experience in

  application maintenance

  (enhancements, bug fixing, vulnerability resolution, code optimization).
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with

  secure coding practices

  .

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  RESTful API development

  and microservices architecture.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Understanding of
