Java Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based applications.
• Define technical standards and guidelines for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture strategy.
• Ensure cloud-native best practices across projects.
• Guide and mentor development teams in design and implementation phases.
• Review code, identify risks, and ensure adherence to design patterns and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum Total Experience:

  12 years in software development

• Architecture Experience:

  At least 2 years as a Java Architect

• Domain Expertise:

  Minimum 2 years of experience in

  BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

• Cloud Experience:

  Minimum 3 years working with at least

  one

  or more of the following:

• OpenShift

• Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)

• AWS

• Azure

• Oracle Cloud

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Strong experience in

  Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate

• Expertise in

  Microservices architecture

• Hands-on with

  API design and development (RESTful / GraphQL)

• Experience in

  streaming technologies

  such as:

• Kafka

• Apache Flink / Spark / Storm

• Solid understanding of

  CI/CD

  , DevOps principles, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with databases:

  Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

  etc.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in performance tuning and application security
• Certifications in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
