Java Architect / Java Lead / Java Designer

Role Overview: As a Technical Architect/Lead in Bangalore, your main role will involve collaborating with product/project teams and other stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements for the system. You will be responsible for identifying critical quality attributes, creating architectural specifications, and communicating guidelines to meet project constraints. Additionally, you will work on building architecture-driven technology roadmaps, conducting design reviews, evaluating technology solutions, and mentoring technical leads. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product/project teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements - Work with various stakeholders to identify constraints associated with timelines, quality, budgets, and scope - Collaborate with technology stream leads to understand constraints and possibilities of specific technologies - Identify critical quality attributes for the system and prioritize trade-offs - Create, maintain, and communicate architectural specifications and guidelines - Build architecture-driven technology roadmaps with product and technology management teams - Conduct regular design and implementation reviews with technology implementation teams - Evaluate technology stacks and solutions to facilitate system implementation - Mentor technical leads in architecture, design, technology, and implementation best practices - Guide project teams in effective development environments, programming, design standards, and troubleshooting support - Provide technical guidance and act as a focal point for all technical issues and initiatives - Assist QA teams in designing non-functional tests for the system Qualification Required: - B.E/B.Tech in a related field - 8-10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale distributed systems - Experience in complete SDLC in at least 3 medium to large software system development projects - Hands-on experience in understanding functional requirements, architecting distributed enterprise scale systems, programming, design patterns, and database design - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders and influence decisions Please note that only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered for this role.,
