Java Architect / Java Lead / Java Designer

You are looking to hire a Technical Architect/Lead in Bangalore with the following qualifications and responsibilities: You must hold a B.E/B.Tech degree. Only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years of experience and possess team management experience. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with product/project teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements, identifying critical quality attributes for the system, creating architectural specifications, and guidelines, and working with various teams to ensure adherence to system architecture guidelines. You will also be responsible for mentoring technical leads, enabling productivity of project teams, providing technical guidance, and designing non-functional tests for the system. Your skill sets must include experience in architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale distributed systems, exposure to complete SDLC in software system development projects, and hands-on experience in various technical areas such as programming, design patterns, user experience design, and database design. Good communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders, written skills, and the ability to influence product, technology, and process decisions. The key skills required for this role are OOAD, Technical Lead, Associate Architect, Java Architect, and Design Pattern.
