Java Architect / Java Lead / Java Designer

As a Technical Architect/Lead in Bangalore, your role involves collaborating with product/project teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements. This includes working with various stakeholders to identify constraints, critical quality attributes, and architectural specifications. You will also be responsible for creating an architecture-driven technology roadmap, mentoring technical leads, and guiding QA teams in designing non-functional tests for the system. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product/project teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements - Identify critical quality attributes for the system and prioritize trade-offs - Create, maintain, and communicate architectural specifications and guidelines - Work with product and technology management teams to build architecture-driven technology roadmap - Conduct regular reviews of design and implementation to ensure adherence to system architecture guidelines - Mentor technical leads in architecture, design, technology, and implementation best practices - Provide guidance to QA teams in designing non-functional tests for the system **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech education mandatory - 8-10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale distributed systems - Exposure to complete SDLC in at least 3 medium to large software system development projects - Experience in programming, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, enterprise application design patterns, algorithms, data structures, UML, user experience design, and database design - Good communication skills with the ability to engage in discussions with senior-level stakeholders - Industry experience in IT/Computers-Software - Key skills in OOAD, Technical Lead, Associate Architect, Java Architect, Design Pattern If interested, please apply with your updated resume to jobs@augustainfotech.com.
