RoleSupport Engineer(Japanese) Experience5+ LevelTier 2 Responsibilities: Handling customer calls with English and Japanese clients Working in virtual teams distributed globally. Working with disparate and demanding client groups - Grade Specific Japanese language proficiency level N1 mandatory. Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security. Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems. Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding. Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience. Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model
