Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Japanese language instructor with domain expertise in SSW Manufacturing / Construction. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging instruction to professionals and learners and integrate technical SSW Manufacturing terminology and practices into language sessions.

Responsibilities:

Teach Japanese language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Integrate SSW Manufacturing terminology, workflows, and context into lessons.
Customize lesson content to suit learners professional roles in manufacturing.
Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to industry-specific language needs.
Monitor learners progress and adapt instruction accordingly.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and align training objectives.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Japanese (preferably JLPT N3 or higher).
Demonstrated knowledge or experience in SSW Manufacturing and terminology.
Prior teaching or corporate training experience—especially in technical or industry contexts.
Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
(Optional) A degree in Japanese language, education, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

Familiarity with manufacturing / Construction workflows, equipment, and industry jargon.
Experience teaching adult learners in corporate or technical environments.
