Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and possess Japanese language skills. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience and be proficient in Japanese language at N2 level or above. In addition, being ITIL framework certified with knowledge of the IT field and familiarity with MS Office tools is essential. Your excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills will be crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor management, reporting, and metrics management - Working in a 24x7 rotational shift at the Chennai office - Experience in dealing with Japanese clients - Transitioning project processes - Handling end-to-end project deliverables - BAU/Operation tasks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Proficiency in Japanese language (equivalent to N2 level and above) - ITIL framework certification - Knowledge of the IT field and MS Office tools If any additional details of the company were provided in the job description, please share them.,
