Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for utilizing your proficiency in the Japanese language, IT knowledge, and project management skills to support Japanese clients. You will work in a 24x7 rotational shift in Chennai office, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Japanese language skills (equivalent to N2 and above) to communicate effectively with Japanese clients - Implement ITIL framework knowledge in the IT field, with proficiency in MS Office applications - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills - Manage project transitions and handle end-to-end project deliverables - Work on BAU/Operation tasks and support in Windows/Linux environments Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field, preferably with Japanese language skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role - ITIL framework certification - Experience in dealing with Japanese clients is a plus Note: The additional details of the company are not available in the provided job description.
