Job Description

You should be a graduate with a preference for Japanese language skills, accompanied by 1 to 3 years of minimum experience. Proficiency in the Japanese language equivalent to N2 level and above is required. Additionally, you should be ITIL framework certified with knowledge of the IT field and familiar with MS Office. Your role will involve excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills. You should be willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift in a Chennai office environment. Experience in dealing with Japanese clients, transitioning project processes, handling end-to-end project deliverables, and BAU/Operation tasks is essential.
