Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience along with a graduation degree. It is preferred that you possess Japanese language skills and are proficient in Japanese language equivalent to N2 level and above. Additionally, being ITIL framework certified with knowledge of the IT field and proficiency in MS Office will be advantageous. Your excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor management - Reporting and metrics management - Experience of dealing with Japanese clients - Experience in transitions of project processes - Knowledge of handling end-to-end project deliverables - BAU/Operation tasks Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - Proficiency in Japanese language equivalent to N2 level and above - ITIL framework certification - Knowledge of the IT field - Proficiency in MS Office Please note that this job requires you to work in a 24x7 rotational shift from the Chennai office environment.
