Japanese (JLPT) OM & Billing Analyst II

You will be working as an Order Management & Billing Analyst II at NCR VOYIX in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating order processing and billing activities for Order Management contracts - Supervising and managing daily tasks of the Customer Advocate Team, overseeing various areas such as obtaining and reviewing legal agreements, maintaining equipment database, invoicing, adhering to procedures, reconciliation, and reporting - Providing internal and external audit support as requested Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Management and Billing, preferably within a global or multinational company - Language skills: Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory) and English Basic qualifications for this role include: - Collaborative work ability with various team members - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills - Effective communication with all stakeholders at different levels - Dedication and accountability - Sense of urgency and passion for delivering excellent service Preferred qualifications include exposure or experience in outsourcing, global/multi-country experience, and analytical skills.
