Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Translator, you will be responsible for translating software-related QA content and technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. Your role will involve handling customer communication in both languages to ensure effective conveyance of technical issues, solutions, and updates. Additionally, you will be conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on software defects and issues, generating detailed reports in Japanese and English. Collaboration with the development and QA teams is a key aspect of this role, where you will work closely to comprehend product updates and changes and provide translations of technical specifications when required. Another important responsibility will be to contribute to the creation and upkeep of bilingual documentation encompassing software products, technical procedures, and QA processes. Furthermore, you will offer language support to fellow team members as necessary. In addition to your primary duties, you will engage in business process and service enhancement activities, participate in training sessions, provide mentorship and coaching to team members, and contribute to Business Process and Service Improvement initiatives. Your involvement in the S&R (Sense and Respond) Communication Cell will be crucial for ensuring effective communication within the team. Overall, as a Software Quality Assurance Translator, you will play a significant role in facilitating clear communication and collaboration between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders, as well as in enhancing business processes and services for optimal service delivery.,
