Job Description

As a Software QA Translator, your role involves translating software-related QA and technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. You will be responsible for handling customer communication in both languages to ensure a clear and effective exchange of technical issues, solutions, and updates. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing QA translations and technical translations between Japanese and English. - Engaging in customer communication in both languages for technical issue resolution. - Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on software defects and issues, and preparing detailed reports in both Japanese and English. - Collaborating with development and QA teams to comprehend product updates and changes, and translating technical specifications as required. - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of bilingual documentation for software products, technical procedures, and QA processes. - Providing language support to team members as necessary. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in Japanese and English languages for accurate translation and communication. - Strong analytical skills to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) effectively. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical information accurately. - Experience in creating and maintaining bilingual documentation will be beneficial. - Strong interpersonal skills to provide language support and facilitate effective communication within the team.
