Role Overview: As a Team Lead for the HRSS project, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional HR services to clients. Your role will involve playing a pivotal part in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, as well as acting as the primary point of contact for client communication. Your proficiency in both English and Japanese languages, along with a background in HR, will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of HRSS professionals to ensure efficient service delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. - Utilize Japanese language proficiency to facilitate communication with Japanese-speaking clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Monitor team performance metrics and optimize productivity and quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 certification or higher. - Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong team management skills. - Knowledge of HR processes and systems would be advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
