Job Description

Japanese Language Translation / Interpretation / Work Environment Experience Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Please apply. We are looking for candidates who can join in 15 Days. Work Location: Chennai (Ramanujam IT Park Tharamani). Work Type: No Hybrid - Work from Office is Mandatory - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Responsibilities: Excellent Japanese language communication skills (Japanese and English) on facilitating, documenting, and participating in project meetings with stakeholders. Actively participate in the project meetings as communication bridge between teams. Collaborate with a team to design, develop, and test documents translation process. Ensure translation accuracy matching internal documentation standards and guidelines. Act as a single point of contact for translation related activities and deliverables. Any other duties as and when assigned. Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in commerce, finance or equivalent education background. Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N3/N2/N1 certified). Ability to translation from Japanese to English or English to Japanese. Minimum 3+ years of work experience in IT or software development environment. Experience on handling technical documents Business Requirements, Design Documents, Test Specifications translations for software development. Translate project deliverables as per standards and guidelines defined by project management office (PMO). Knowledge of SDLC methodologies waterfall/Agil and tools like JIRA/Service now. Preparation of user manuals aligning with business/system process and workflows. Ability to work in a team in a diverse multicultural environment. Exposure towards working in Financial Business Process and Application background.
