Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively communicating with Japanese clients and managing project transitions. Your role will involve handling end-to-end project deliverables and ensuring smooth operations in a flexible shift environment. It is essential to be proficient in the Japanese language, have ITIL framework certification, and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with Japanese clients - Manage project transitions and ensure seamless operations - Handle end-to-end project deliverables - Obtain ITIL framework certification and demonstrate knowledge of the IT field - Possess excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills - Manage vendors, reports, and metrics effectively - Be prepared to work in flexible shifts based on project requirements - Demonstrate experience in transitions of project processes - Execute Business As Usual (BAU) operations efficiently Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field, preferably with Japanese language skills - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in the Japanese language equivalent to N3 & N2 levels or above - ITIL framework certification and knowledge of IT field - Familiarity with MS Office tools (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
