Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Janitor located in Kerala, India. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the premises. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, disposing of trash, and ensuring that shared facilities and areas are tidy and well-organized. The janitor may also assist in routine maintenance tasks, monitor cleaning supplies inventory, and report any facility issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with Janitorial Services and Housekeeping, including proficiency in cleaning equipment and techniques
• Basic Customer Service skills for addressing occupant and staff concerns courteously
• Willingness to participate in any necessary Training provided on cleaning procedures or equipment use
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
