Janitor

Role Overview: Join the ICHS team at International Community Health Services, a nationally recognized community health center dedicated to providing medical, dental, and wellness care to individuals and families facing barriers to healthcare access. As a Janitor-AiPACE, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing various clinic locations and administrative offices, contributing to a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients. Your role will also involve assisting with special projects as directed by the Facilities Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Perform overall maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation duties at International District, Holly Park, Shoreline, Bellevue clinics, Ron Chew Healthy & Wellness Center, and Administrative offices - Assist with special projects under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor - Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and patients - Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Facilities Supervisor Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - One to three years of experience performing janitorial duties in a commercial setting preferred - Possession of a current WA State Driver's license Join ICHS to be part of a mission-driven team that values respect, collaboration, and compassion.
