Role Overview: Join the ICHS team at International Community Health Services, a nationally recognized community health center dedicated to providing medical, dental, and wellness care to individuals and families facing barriers to healthcare access. As a Janitor-AiPACE, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing various clinic locations and administrative offices, contributing to a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients. Your role will also involve assisting with special projects as directed by the Facilities Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Perform overall maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation duties at International District, Holly Park, Shoreline, Bellevue clinics, Ron Chew Healthy & Wellness Center, and Administrative offices - Assist with special projects under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor - Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and patients - Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Facilities Supervisor Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - One to three years of experience performing janitorial duties in a commercial setting preferred - Possession of a current WA State Driver's license Join ICHS to be part of a mission-driven team that values respect, collaboration, and compassion. Including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis. Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Coordinator. Education - High School Diploma or GED. Experience - Minimum of one year experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred. If not met, willingness to train on the complexities of serving a frail and elderly population is required. Other Requirement(s) - Valid WA State Driver's License, with a clean driving record. Able to pass a driving competency test demonstrating safe operation of company vehicles. Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date with all immunizations before having direct participant contact. Must have active CPR and First Aid Certification, or willing to obtain within 1 month of hire.
