IXELL Techno Commercial Field Manager (Deputy Manager )

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1/ Define and implement IXELL Paints commercial action plans

• Sales target achievement for IXELL paints, para-paints and IXTAR range of products.
• Coordination with supplier team & dealers for DMS order execution.
• Contribute to convert Renault Dealerships to Ixell product range
• Identifying new potential to increase the reach & penetration of Ixell business

2/ Liaise with Supplier for product complaints and dealer manpower training

• Resolve product & service complaints with the help of supplier
• Implement & monitor Paint Manager software with the help of supplier
• Coordinate with Training department & supplier to arrange trainings/OJT on Body shop management, product, process

3/ Business performance analysis of IXELL workshops

• Increase the process adherence in Ixell Shops to optimize the material cost incurred by dealers
• Paint consumption per vehicle

Relevant Experience

• Similar position in AS Body shop operations with Car manufacturer
• Good technical skills in body shop enhancement & painting
• Good knowledge of workshop / business and After sales as a whole
• Knowledge of the Dealer network
