IVMO Divisional Intra Group Sourcing Risk Analyst

Role Overview: As an IVMO Divisional Intra Group Sourcing Risk Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain the bank's end-to-end Vendor Management (VM) framework within the Infrastructure Vendor Management Office (IVMO). You will work closely with business functions to understand priorities and requirements, manage divisional contracts and vendor legal governance, and ensure efficient intra-group outsourcing risk transparency. Key Responsibilities: - Implement divisional intra-group sourcing governance framework and processes across Infra Divisions. - Set up, update, and govern appropriate intra-group sourcing agreements and complete risk assessment processes. - Build strong networks and partnerships within the Infra division, Global Procurement, Divisional Control Officers, and 2LoD risk Type Controllers. - Drive remediation projects to support regulatory/DB policy adoption into business divisions. - Collaborate with IVMO Vendor Management to establish intra-group risk profiles and measurements to Key Risk Indicators. Qualification Required: - Significant Risk Domain and business management experience. - Solid understanding of policies and regulatory requirements on outsourcing based on industry standards. - Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in change execution and Finance/Cost allocations. - Proficiency in business case and benefits management. - Ability to identify improvement areas across processes, tools, and systems. - Familiarity with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs).
