IVMO Divisional Intra Group Sourcing Risk Analyst

Role Overview: As a IVMO Divisional Intra Group Sourcing Risk Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the bank-wide end-to-end Vendor Management (VM) framework. Your role will involve partnering with business functions to understand priorities, lead sourcing events, manage divisional contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Additionally, you will act as the interface between various stakeholders to drive intra-group outsourcing risk transparency and mitigate residual risks within the division. Key Responsibilities: - Implement divisional intra-group sourcing governance framework and processes across Infra Divisions - Set up, update, and govern appropriate intra-group sourcing agreements and complete risk assessment processes - Maintain strong network and partnerships within the Infra division, Global Procurement, Divisional Control Officers, and 2LoD risk Type Controllers - Drive implementation of remediation projects to support regulatory/DB policy adoption - Partner with IVMO Vendor Management function to establish intra-group risk profiles and measurements to Key Risk Indicators Qualifications Required: - Significant Risk Domain and business management experience - Solid understanding of policies and regulatory requirements on outsourcing based on industry standards - Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills - Experience in change execution and finance/cost allocations - Business case and benefits management expertise - Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools, and systems - Familiarity with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs) Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
