ITSM Analyst (CMDB)

You will be joining a dynamic and innovative organization that excels in analytics and inspires customers worldwide. As an experienced IT Service Management Analyst, you will be a key member of the Service Management Office, focusing on Configuration Management utilizing ServiceNow ITOM. Your responsibilities will include delivering Configuration Management services, following industry best practices and organizational goals under the direction of the ITOM Manager and Configuration Management Process Owner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in maintaining and enhancing the health of the CMDB and supporting IT service management objectives across Global SAS IT. You will be involved in operational activities, fulfilling Configuration Management Service Requests, providing guidance and training, engaging in strategic projects, and improving IT service management processes while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least seven years of experience in IT. Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a general understanding of IT architectures are required. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key attributes for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM, along with an ITIL Foundation Certification.
