Job Description

SUMMARY

Job Opening: Machine Operator

Department: Production

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform regular quality checks during production.
Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Shifts:

7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
11 PM to 7 AM
Work week: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

Requirements

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
Age: 18-25 years
Gender: Male & Female
Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
Experience: Fresher
Documents Required: Resume, 10th and 12th mark sheets, ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates, Provisional and Transfer certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed), 5 Passport-size photos

Benefits

Stipend :

17,000 per month for Diploma holders
16,000 per month for ITI holders

Overtime: Occasionally available

Food & Transport :

Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation
Eggs served 3 times a week

Accommodation :

3 - month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room)
Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location
Room facilities include beds and fans

Retention Bonus :

5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years
10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year

Medical Insurance :

1 lakh coverage for medical insurance
5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy

Other Benefits :

Uniform and safety shoes provided free of cost
Birthday chocolates and festival sweets/gifts
