Job Title: Welder – Field & In-House Operations

Location: Warpp Engineers Pvt Ltd Vasai East.
Department: Welding / Fabrication
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Welder to perform high-quality welding tasks both at client sites (field jobs) and in our in-house workshop. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple welding processes and the ability to work independently under different site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas) on structural and fabrication components.
• Carry out welding work at customer sites (field jobs) and within the in-house workshop.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare and assemble components for welding as per technical requirements.
• Conduct visual checks and ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards.
• Operate and maintain welding tools, machines, and safety equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols during field and in-house work.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and post-weld clean-up as required.
• Travel to customer sites as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, SMAW/Arc Welding, Gas Welding).
• Ability to read technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Experience with cutting, grinding, and finishing operations.
• Good understanding of welding safety practices and PPE usage.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.
• Ability to work in varied conditions (on-site fabrication, repair work).

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Welder or related trade (Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
