JJob Title: PLC Programmer (Delta PLC Specialist) Location: Vasai Experience Required: 4+ Years Industry: Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Engineering Salary Range: 45k to 50k Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer with strong expertise in Delta PLC programming and a solid background in industrial automation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, program, and troubleshoot Delta PLCs for industrial automation projects. Design and implement control strategies for automation systems. Interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs for control system development. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to integrate and commission systems. Conduct site installations, testing, and commissioning of control systems. Perform upgrades and modifications to existing PLC programs. Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry and safety standards. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming , preferably Delta PLCs. Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including HMI, SCADA, sensors, and actuators. Experience with control panel design and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to client sites if required. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting automation systems. Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessment in industrial environments.
