Position: ITI Welder Location: 204, Udyog Kendra-I, Ecotech-III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201306 Department: Fabrication & Quality Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are in search of a proficient and ITI-certified Welder to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks including welding, fabrication, quality control, and other shop-floor activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, be a team player, and excel in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: - Execute welding operations in accordance with project specifications (MIG, TIG, Arc welding, etc.) - Aid the fabrication team in cutting, assembling, and molding metal structures - Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure welding and fabrication adhere to set quality standards - Interpret and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols - Maintain welding equipment and uphold a safe working environment - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures diligently - Assist in the routine maintenance and upkeep of workshop machinery and tools - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely task completion - Report any defects, deviations, or safety issues to supervisors Requirements: - Qualification: ITI in Welding (mandatory) - Experience: 02 years (freshers with practical training are encouraged to apply) - Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings - Familiarity with various welding techniques and materials - Physically fit and capable of working in demanding conditions - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and keen attention to detail - Team-oriented with effective communication skills Preferred: - Prior experience in an industrial fabrication or manufacturing environment - Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and methodologies - Willingness to work in shifts as needed Join us at Tetrahedron Manufacturing Services Pvt.
