We are looking for skilled and motivated ITI Pass candidates to join our team in Ahmedabad, Bavla

We are seeking ITI Pass candidates with a technical background to work in our manufacturing unit
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment used in the production of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth production operations Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality checks Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

ITI Certification in relevant trades (eg Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, Instrumentation, etc)
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are welcome to apply Basic understanding of machinery and equipment used in production Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a team player attitude

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing
Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
