Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ITI Machinist - Technician with 1-5 years of experience to join our team in Manesar and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling cylindrical grinding machines and precision work knowledge.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle and operate cylindrical grinding machines with high precision and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on grinding machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other technicians to achieve production goals and objectives.
Develop and implement new methods to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operators.

Job Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lathe machines and quality instrumentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel overseas for client sites as required.
Experience in the Cargo / Freight / Transportation / Packaging / Shipping / Logistic industry is preferred.
