Key Responsibilities Operate Glass Lined Vessels: Ensure safe and efficient functioning of glass lined vessels used in the production of Pigment Green 7. Chlorination Process Management: Independently handle and monitor the chlorination process, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Pump and Motor Operation: Operate and maintain pumps and motors associated with chemical transfers and vessel operations. Batch Temperature Monitoring: Regularly check and record temperatures throughout the batch process until completion, ensuring process parameters are within defined limits. Log Book Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain log books, recording all relevant operational data, incidents, and process changes for each batch. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic equipment and process-related issues to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency. Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations, including the safe handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
