Role Description: Industrial Electrician

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. The Industrial Electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of all electrical systems and machinery within the plant. The position demands hands-on expertise in electrical maintenance,Wiring, troubleshooting, and preventive measures, with special emphasis on the understanding and repair of complex circuit boards and PLC circuits associated with factory machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Carry out electrical wiring and installation tasks for machinery and infrastructure.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure all systems function optimally.
• Diagnose and repair circuit boards, including those integrated with factory machinery.
• Repair and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) circuits.
• Read, interpret, and apply information from technical diagrams and documentation.
• Document maintenance activities, write detailed reports, and list required electrical spares.

Required Qualifications

• ITI Electrician Certificate
• Proven proficiency in electrical wiring, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in preventive maintenance.
• Minimum of 6 years’ work experience as an industrial electrician.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation.
• Skilled in repairing PLC circuits and circuit boards of industrial machinery.
• Competence in writing maintenance reports and listing electrical spares as needed.
