Job Summary

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the manufacturing facility to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Attend customer complaints2 Understand complaints and identify root cause3 Visit client site4 Analyse and rectify complaints

• Provide solutions for closing of complaint case
  

6 Prepare and submit service reports7 To collect customer satisfaction report.8 Submit all the reports to dept HOD9 Ready to travel all over India for site visits.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: ITI (Electrician Trade) — NCVT/SCVT certified.Experience: 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.

Salary Range

The monthly CTC would be between 15000 to 18000 & job location would be Dahisar East in Mumbai & local candidates residing in Western suburbs who can work on site only need to apply for the sameSkills: manufacturing,electrician,maintenance
