Your responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data and user research, alongside competitive and market analysis, to inform and influence Reckitt's digital product strategies.
• Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively across various functional teams to deliver user-centric products that meet Reckitt's high standards for quality and innovation.
• Support the management of the product backlog, strategically balancing prioritized features with efficient and timely market delivery.
• Define and diligently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for a diverse range of stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for:

• Proven track record of success as a product analyst or in a similar role within a digital product setting, demonstrating a strong ability to utilize data for well-informed decision-making.
• Proficient in utilizing analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Google Analytics, with a demonstrated skill in presenting complex insights in a clear and understandable manner for various audiences.
• Experienced in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and interviews to derive actionable product enhancements and improvements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into accessible language to facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A forward-thinking individual with a solid understanding of current digital trends and emerging technologies, and a demonstrated knack for applying this knowledge to drive impactful digital solutions.
