Job Description

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing high-quality Pega applications.
Building case types, flows, data transforms, activities, integrations, and UI components.
Participating in design sessions, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Working on integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).
Providing production support, debugging, and issue resolution.
Ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails and reusable frameworks.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Pega Skills
Strong hands-on experience inPega PRPC 7.x/8.x
Case ManagementDeclarative rulesData PagesDecision RulesProficiency withFlows, Flow Actions, Sections, Harnesses, and UI rules
Strong understanding ofActivities, Data Transforms, and Clipboard concepts
Experience withPega Integration(SOAP, REST, Connectors, Services)
Knowledge ofAgents, Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
Good understanding ofWork Delegation, Work Parties, SLA rules
Performance tuningLog analysis
Good knowledge ofReport Definitions, BIXand exporting data
Branching strategyCheck-outsAdvanced Pega Skills
Experience withPega Constellation(good to have)
Strong knowledge ofPegaDecisioning / CDH(optional but preferred)
Exposure toPega Mobility, Offline rules, and SSO configuration
Authentication profilesGood to Have Cloud / DevOps / Tools
Knowledge ofPega Deployment Manager, CICD, and pipelines
Experience withAgile development methodology(Scrum)
Basic understanding ofAWS / Azure cloudenvironments (preferred)
Mandatory CertificationsPega CSAPega CSSALSA is an added advantage
