IT&D Senior Analyst - Controls Assurance - ITGC Tester/QA

As an IT&D Controls Assurance Manager at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in improving general IT controls across the enterprise. You will manage and oversee a team of control testers, ensuring the overall IT controls testing lifecycle is efficiently planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include resource allocation, fieldwork, reporting, and delivering the IT&D SOx IT general controls assurance framework objectives. You will work closely with IT, business, and external partners to develop robust testing methodologies that meet UK SOx standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accountable for an IT controls Assurance squad and their deliverables. - Implement robust and efficient testing methodologies for Test of Design (ToD) and operational effectiveness (ToE) of IT General Controls (ITGCs) across SAP and non-SAP products and platforms. - Develop and maintain IT controls assurance testing guidance for the team, providing necessary training. - Document work papers, results, findings, and deficiencies in an agreed format and tool. - Collaborate with senior managers and directors for remediation of controls assurance findings. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant degree qualification desired in a science, IT, or related discipline. - Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, cloud security, or similar are preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharma/FMCG industries with internal/external IT controls function experience. - Strong understanding of SOX and IT controls across applications, infrastructure, and utility tools. - Knowledge of automated testing tools like SAP GRC, AuditBoard, Celonis, and Bots is a plus.
