Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (Italian C1)Location: GurgaonKey Requirements:

Proficiency in
Italian (C1 level certification/competency required)
Excellent communication skills in Italian (spoken & written)
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in an international process (voice / non-voice / customer support)
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions within SLAs
Immediate joiners
will be given preference

Work Details:

5 days working
(rotational shifts)
2 weekly offs
(rotational)
1-time meal provided
by the company
Both-side cab facility
available

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions in
Italian
via calls, chats, or emails
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolutions
Escalate complex cases to concerned departments when required
Meet performance targets (quality, accuracy, and productivity)
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
C1 level proficiency in Italian (mandatory)
