As a Customer Success Associate - L1 for the Bird - Italian international process, your role involves providing customer assistance, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring end-to-end resolution. You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Italian without any Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
