IT Warehouse - SME

As an SME - IT Warehouse at our company, your role will involve overseeing depot operations at our India Depot. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting service delivery in line with business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end depot management, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Serving as the SME for depot and warehouse IT operations in India. - Managing IT asset lifecycles including receiving, staging, inventory management, configuration, shipping, and disposal. - Supervising depot workflows including inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, and quality control. - Acting as the primary point of contact for client interactions, presenting updates, reports, and insights professionally. - Maintaining accurate records in asset and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and ERP tools. - Coordinating with internal teams, depot staff, delivery managers, and vendors to resolve escalations and ensure timely execution. - Implementing and following ISO/ITAD best practices for compliance, depot security, and data handling. - Driving continuous improvements in depot performance, operational processes, and client satisfaction. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and safety protocols at the depot. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). - 5+ years of experience in IT hardware handling, staging, depot, or warehouse management. - Strong knowledge of depot management processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, staff oversight, compliance, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with IT equipment like servers, laptops, networking devices, and peripherals. - Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms and ticketing systems. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
