• Evaluating existing IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for digital transformation.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies to help employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Designing, configuring, and implementing new IT systems and solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and ensuring data quality and security.
• Overseeing the implementation of new technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and automation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to measure the success of digital transformation efforts and identify areas for optimization.
