IT Technology Services Specialist - SDM ECS(Basis, HANA)

You will be joining the SDM (Service Disruption Management) team as part of the EoS (Enhanced Operations Services) within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery. Your main focus will be on streamlining strategic customers" end-to-end delivery and addressing delivery issues related to outages, incidents, and service failures to ensure system stability. You will play a pivotal role in the SAP ECS EoS organization, serving as a trusted advisor to protect and optimize customers" investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the resolution of major incidents and crises impacting services and systems - Efficiently manage incidents to minimize the impact on service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels - Collaborate with partners on governance models and work effectively under pressure - Utilize strong SAP technical and process expertise to address challenges proactively **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in SAP technology and service delivery management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Prior experience in incident management and crisis resolution is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus The company, SAP, is a global leader in enterprise resource planning software, offering end-to-end business application software and services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management.
