Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Technology Services Senior Specialist SAP Basis, HANA with 10 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis and HANA technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Define, track, and meet ambitious KPIs and SLAs for high-quality day-to-day service delivery.
Provide advanced technical expertise in BASIS and database technologies, particularly HANA.
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver proactive operations services.
Manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor alerts and maintain system stability by analyzing issues and implementing timely corrective actions with clear mitigation plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Basis (ABAP & Java), SAP Operations, and SAP Monitoring.
Strong expertise across SAP systems, HANA databases, and supporting infrastructure components.
Hands-on proficiency with monitoring platforms such as SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, FRUN, and third-party tools.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose system issues effectively using logs, traces, and alert outputs.
Experience implementing preventive measures and stabilizing complex SAP environments.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
