IT Technology Manager - Software Application & BI

Collaboration with business stakeholders and managing a team of developers, BI analysts, and technical leads will be crucial for driving innovation and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software applications. - Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Manage a team of developers, BI analysts, and technical leads. - Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and BI trends. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications and BI platforms. - Implement best practices for software development, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with service providers for software and BI tools. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. - Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure team and solution performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software application development and Business Intelligence. - Leadership experience managing technical teams in application development and BI delivery. - Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar. - Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling. - Understanding of database technologies and cloud platforms. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and project portfolios.
