Ltd. Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **IT Technician** to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization. --- Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure maximum performance and availability Respond promptly to service issues and requests raised by users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords Perform routine system updates and backups Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and up to date Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and equipment Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT assets Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT supports business needs Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts Familiarity with diagnostic tools and remote desktop applications Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Benefits: Competitive salary Supportive work environment Opportunities for training and skill development Exposure to diverse IT projects and technologies Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Weekend only Work Location: In person
