IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Focus on recruiting

  US Citizens

  and

  Green Card holders

  only.
• Demonstrate expertise in

  US Tax terms

  including

  W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp

  .
• Possess a strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT skill sets.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with clients to gather hiring requirements and present them with qualified candidate options.
  
• Negotiate compensation packages, start dates, and other hiring terms with candidates.
  
• Maintain compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
  
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 6 years

  of experience in

  IT Recruitment (US Market)

  .
• Strong familiarity with

  US staffing ecosystem

  and visa/work authorization categories.
• Proven ability to

  handle multiple client requirements

  across various industries simultaneously.
• Must demonstrate high levels of
