Roles and Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Focus on recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders only. Demonstrate expertise in US Tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp . Possess a strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT skill sets. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Coordinate with clients to gather hiring requirements and present them with qualified candidate options. Negotiate compensation packages, start dates, and other hiring terms with candidates. Maintain compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate candidate records. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment (US Market) . Strong familiarity with US staffing ecosystem and visa/work authorization categories. Proven ability to handle multiple client requirements across various industries simultaneously. Must demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism, and consistency in actions . Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities , work independently, and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
