Responsibilities-

  • Take

    ownership of full-cycle IT recruitment

    , from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Create accurate and engaging , and post them across job boards, LinkedIn, niche platforms.
  • Implement strategic

    sourcing channels,

    including Boolean searches, social media outreach, passive candidate engagement, and referrals
  • Conduct

    screening interviews

    , technical assessments, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers

    to align on requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a

    robust tech talent pipeline

    and candidate database for future needs
  • Manage

    offer process

    : prepare and negotiate offers, manage counter-offers, ensure smooth acceptance.
  • Track

    recruitment metrics

    such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness; provide insights to improve processes.
  • Enhance

    candidate experience

    with prompt communication, personalized outreach, and timely updates.
  • Stay updated on

    IT market trends

    , hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in tech.
  • Represent the organization at

    job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events

    for brand visibility and candidate sourcing.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree - B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc IT

  • 58 years of proven experience in

    IT / Technical recruitment

    (agency or in-house), ideally consulting exposure.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT roles and technologies

    (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
  • Proficient in

    sourcing techniques

    : Boolean search, niche platform recruiting, cold outreach, passive talent engagement.
  • Excellent

    communication

    , negotiation, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • Organized with multitasking abilities to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced

    , metrics-driven environment.
