About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven IT TA/ TP with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates while ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding technical requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, and referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical and soft skills through preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems regularly.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on current technology trends, tools, and market movements in the IT recruitment space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (either agency or corporate).
  • Good understanding of various technologies (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, etc.).
  • Proven experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in niche IT hiring or start-up environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
